January 30, 2009 -
I just finished two quick inked sketches for
my local comic book shop. Read More
Comics.
I inked these on the Sketch Variant of Dark
Avengers #1.
The Green Goblin already has a buyer,
and the Venom will be available for $20 on
Tuesday. You want one? Contact me, I'll
make one just for you for $20.
COMICS I'VE DONE WORK ON:
I did the pencil art on FRANK NG Hired Gun in
2005. Written by Ron Fortier and inked by Juan
Jesus Castro Brisula, with a cover by Johnny
Atomic. It's been ComixSpace's best selling book
for over 2 years!
FEMFORCE 144
I did the pencils on an 8 page story starring
HUMONGA and DR. MADALYN MACABRE.
Written by Eric Johnson, and inked by my good
friend Jeff Osgood.
I have 20 copies available, for $7.00. S&H
included for USA delivery via USPS.
February 3,2009:
I just did this quick sketch if Black Canary for my LCS to
promote back issue sales. Scott will add his store logo
and sale details to the art. I'll post the revised version
once it's done, maybe add in some color too!
February 10, 2009:
I just completed this drawing last night, using a #2 and a
#4 brush for the inking. I kinda like the debris, for some
strange reason. I think this is one of the more solid
drawings I've done in a while.
February 22,2009:
Just finished these two Rorschach drawing this
weekend. Different tools produced different
results. I like them both!
March 7, 2009:
I finished these Deadpool pieces for
Rob Granito. I owed him this art for
quite some time so I made two of
them. He can pick whichever he likes
best! Sorry about being so late, Rob.
March 8, 2009:
Working on a commission for a
pin-up or possible comic book
cover. Plus, it'll be inked by the
inimitable JOE RUBINSTEIN! I
can't wait to see the final results.
June 2009:
I finished a Dr. Manhattan pin-up for my friend's brother-in
law who just loves Watchmen. Hope he enjoys his
birthday present!
I'm also working on FemForce 150, doing the first 6
pages of the main story. Moving up in the world. I know!
Can't show any of the art until it's published in August. It's
some of my best superhero stuff I've drawn in a long time!
Here's my pencils (and inks!) for page 4 of The IMMORTAL
a 67 page Original Graphic Novel that'll keep me busy for a
good while!
And finally, I got a copy of the Joe Rubenstein-inked pin-up
of Ms. Johnni for Jericho Projects. AWESOME!
